The best way to find QCharts-related release notes is to begin at the service's home page, and pursue links marked "QCharts", usually on the right-hand side. You can also open QCharts' own "Network Updates" browser (by clicking its green or yellow-red toolbar button), and find what's new information there.

Note, at this time the things I mentioned have not yet been released for public testing, and will not be found on a public web page.
