Dear ET: Yep, the ENRON situation sure STINKS. But where I am confused is What does this have to do with the Energy council?? They interviewed many people and issued a report. Seems to me one should go over the report and determine if anything is out of place. Whatever ENRON people may have said to the council to me is IRRELEVANT unless it shaped the report. I think it prepostorous to try and make a big deal about what witnesses said unless the council relied on it. jdn
