Furry,

I switched from the QFeed to the eSignal data feed. Haven't looked back or regretted it once. eSignal is stable, clean and fast. It also uses much less memory than QFeed. Overall, my hassle-factor has dropped by 90%

I use InvestorRT and eSignal charts. Both are very good analysis engines. InvestorRT is very powerful with lots of features. The beta version of eSignal charts 7.0 has new, easy-to-use charts and a JavaScript-based formula engine. Each is a great tool, with a different balance of features. Both use eSignal data feed. Try both.

Another reasonable-cost charting option with eSignal feed is Ensign. Clean charts, relatively inexpensive and VERY stable.

With QFeed, I putzed round for months thinking, "Just one more month. Then things will be better." It didn't happen for me and it's not going to happen for you! The problem with QCharts has nothing to do with their technical folks and everything to do with Lycos/Quote.com management. They use the cash that QCharts/QFeed generates to fund other web-based projects. It's their cash-cow. They won't provide the necessary money to fix the problems. That situation won't go away.

The bottom line... Change!

Regards,

Dan.
