Into the hands of the consumer who decides to purchase the phone because of its form factor, feature set, and price point. At such time that compelling applications or content becomes available the user will subscribe packet data services if those services have value to him, and that may or may not have been part of his purchase decision for the GPRS model in the first place. - Eric -
