There is a Don Wolanchuk
The record of his calls has always been extremely bullish.
During the period of the greatest bull market in history, culminating in the bubble, that bullishness won him market timing awards.
He was extremely (some might say insanely) bullish (i.e. Dow 36,000 in 2000) at the peak of the market bubble, and continued to be extremely bullish as the market bubble burst.
As the market declined, he claimed he was right and the market was wrong.
As the market continued to decline he remained bullish, Timers Digest dropped him from coverage.
The title post on his current thread on SI claims the mother of all bull markets is dead ahead.

I think all of the above can be summed up in three words. Stopped clock bull.
