I found this very interesting: Military (Terror) Campaign: That is not up to the executive branch on our side. All these decisions are the sole province of our president, Yasser Arafat. First, judging from history, how true is it? I would have thought mostly but not totally. Second, do you read in it the plea, 'When Arafat goes (we realize he's a dead man walking), leave us standing, we didn't plan this disastrous intifada?' That is how it reads to me.
