I think lots of people buy stocks based on their trend, not the price. Currently, PAIR doesn't have a strong up-trend. The earnings are extremely important now. ASND jumps up because of Maria@CNBC's comment on earnings and rumor of it getting a contract from UUNET. PAIR's chart looks ok, but not a compelling buy signal. I think a lot of people are waiting for the earnings.
