E.T. So you admit that Clinton could get around to it, but disregarded it because he only had 3 months left in office. Three months is a long time, and he could have issued one of his many "executive orders", to start the ball rolling toward better airport security. What did he do those last three months?? He pardoned a bunch of crooks, for one thing. That was, certainly, more important than airport security. He was arranging for the moving company to haul most of the furniture out of the White House. That was really a must!! The reason nothing happened as a result of that report, is because Clinton never could get his priorities straight.

Then you say you believe that the report was commissioned by the GAO. That means Clinton had nothing, at all, to do with the report. The GAO does investigations, makes reports, and makes suggestions, separately from the meddling of the White House, regardless of who is occupying it at the time.
