What he signed isn't on that link. What is on the link is the veto record. Reagan wasn't stingy with the veto pen. And then there is the pocket veto. A pocket veto doesn't indicate respect for the legislative process; it's blatant disregard for the legislative process. It's Constitutional and well within the authority of the President, but still a slap in the face of the legislative process.

I would also think that that number wouldn't be unusual these days. They must come across almost on an hourly basis.

There's only 13 Appropriations Bills per year; everything else is a supplemental. I'm not counting supplementals...As you indicate, there can be lots of those. The big one is typically the mid-year supplemental. But there's can be other large ones as we've seen this year.
