That's exactly what I mean about the phase III. I don't
have information and couldn't guess at a probability; but,
I do see it as an exposure.

There is reason to believe that OXO had some issues. Its
apparent that they ran out of sufficient funds to complete
their core strategy and I suspect remained stalled with
the data available for analysis.

I noted the comment that there is something OXO needs to
provide in order to move forward with the agreement, and
while there are certainly numerous things OXO needs to
disclose and detail - I looked for the greatest risk and
see that as the useability of the data as opposed to the
data itself.

That's not to say that I believe this situation exists.
Only that it is my suspicion that the verification of this
may be what Rebecca was referring to in her new comment
about some onus being on OXO.
