Probably won't according to the law but it's up to the courts. Funny thing is the Bush/Cheney energy policy is around 150 pages and available from the government. Anyone can read it and see if it favors Enron. Then again if it was so sweet for ENE the stock would be $150 instead of halted at 39 cents.
