Yes, it is feasible. However, you will need to verify that the back of the case is not a special gateway design or you will have to do some cutting on the back. I doubt you have any current outlets for USB. You also will probably need to get a more robust power supply for the newer chip. I would also count the number of slots in the back of your box and compare to your needs. I am reasonably sure you currently have an ATX board but that needs to be verified.
