(Nasdaq:RSTN - news) seeks to dispel any confusion with the Enterasys Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ETS - news) press release of Feb. 1 announcing that Enterasys and certain of its affiliates are the subject of an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Riverstone has not been notified that it is part of any SEC investigation, and has no reason to believe it will be made party to these proceedings or any other proceedings.
