Thanks for your post. I was talking about material info that has not been cited in any public source. As I understand it, inside info known by an engineer or a small group of the public is not enough; if material it must apprear on the "broad tape"

Anyway, opinions about inside infor aside, do you like the format? Do you find the industry and its participants easier to follow when verifiable info is provided? That was the goal of this thread. Info that has not been announced by the company the company is not responsible for. I like to see a company announce info and thus demonstrate it's committement. I think it gives shareholders an idea of management's attitude toward shareholders. Speculation, rumor, or "I heard from so and so" info does not help anyone except the poster. That is what I was trying to comment on.
