Hong Kong, Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Legend Holdings Ltd. will probably say its third-quarter net income dropped by more than 10 percent as personal-computer sales in China -- the only market where Legend sells PCs -- declined from a record a year earlier.

China's biggest PC maker may post profit of HK$218.7 million ($28 million) in the three months ended Dec. 31, or 2.9 HK cents a share, compared with HK$248.5 million, or 3.3 HK cents, a year ago, according to the average of estimates from five analysts surveyed by Bloomberg. Sales at Legend, which will announce results today, probably fell to HK$5 billion from HK$7.7 billion in the year-earlier period.
