I feel like I started this latest round and I'm now so sorry about that I could cry. Look, the only peaceful way out I can see would be for you to apologize to her for any insult, insuation, or slight she may have felt and any wrong she thinks you have done, express a willingness to retract anything and everything and end it. And I know that's very broad and unreasonable. But there may be no other way. Oh, and include the words "This entire PM is private" in any PM from now on.
