The technical picture is also improving rapidly; it bottomed out a few months ago and now volume is starting to come in. I've owned this company for years and it's never been a greater bargain. AND: if management says they'll do something; they do it. And they don't overpay for acquisitions or come out w/Reg.S shares to pay for it.

In this stinky small stock world swarming with snakes of all description, this is gold.
