7:55AM ABN AMRO: telecom equipment swap : ABN AMRO recommends swapping out of SCMR and ONIS and into ADCT and RBAK, as the latter are stronger competitors, will benefit from DSL recovering ahead of optical, and should break-even probably in early FY03-- sooner than SCMR and ONIS.
