It's nice of you to make a pro forma defense of a friend. I say pro forma because the above is a mere insult to me, it has no substance whatever and is therefore no real defense.

Is it a refusal to eat crap to claim someone dissed our "young men in uniform" who are fighting against terrorism for this country, and then to refuse to either substantiate the accusation or apologize?

Is it refusal to eat crap to make SI fear a lawsuit enough to get back the right to post to and about a poster who has begged you repeatedly to leave her alone? The man sues people who send him unsolicited faxes. A threat to sue from such a litigious attorney was, clearly, taken seriously enough to make SI cave. And to post repeatedly to her, against her wishes, even going so far as to follow her to her IHub thread?

Is it refusal to eat crap to keep talking suggestively (not to mention insinuatingly, and with threats to reveal purported private correspondence) to women who are made distinctly uncomfortable by it?

Those are my complaints about CH. Are any of them illegitimate?

CH used to be charming and fun and decent. The above behaviors are uncharming and unpleasant and indecent, in my opinion. What are they in yours?
