The accounting matters have been settled. There were none. What we now have on our hands is a profit warning. The stock is just now trading at the 1997 level.

I feel this is a big overreaction. One of the biggest problem a growing biotech -pharma has to overcome is when they become profitable. Suddenly, instead of being judged on the merits of their product and research portfolio they are mainly being evaluated based on their profit per share development.
