Dave,

I believe they have Sprint as customers.

I am not familiar with why the have to work on basestations, do you know the technology?

I heard their comments on M&A, the fact that purchases would have to be earnings enhancing but that they would be selective.

Have you followed the company for long?

I feel that Intrado could be very interesting over the next 5 yrs. E 911 will help create a telematics marketplace with basic infrastructure in place.

I am not familiar with TSYS but will look it up.
