If you're referring to unfettered abortion rights, even if Roe were to be overturned, that hardly means the states would follow.

All Roe did - through fraud and deceit - was to substitute the Court's views for the states. (Fraud and deceit - the Roe advovates lied about Roe being raped, etc - and "Roe" later became a pro-life activist).

If Roe were to go, most states already have liberal abortion laws. Nothing would change. The abortion mills and the profiteers are safe. I suspect only one state, Utah, would make major changes.
