Too funny....07:06 ET Morgan Stanley barred from trading own account in Japan (MWD) 53.41: The Wall St Journal reports that Japanese regulators have accused two Morgan Stanley traders in Japan of manipulating the price of a bank stock, and have barred Morgan from trading its own account for five weeks beginning today.
