that report is definitely incorrect in my experience so far. there are 2 variables which may make it correct for that reporter -- he is using the sierra wireless aircard and suggests there may be software conflicts with that card. I am using the data adapter that plugs into the Kyocera phone. Also, he is testing it in the SF Bay area; I am in NYC. I do not know whether the network is not as robust there. But my experience so far is A+ on the data side and consistently 115 kps.
