Don, I would love to cover Tyco. I'd just tell my boss I was doing due dilly and call him from the beach in Maui every couple of days to say "another 50 cos. to look at, boss." After about 5 years and a great tan, the turkey would go belly up before I got my report done. Sounds like a plan to me. <G>
