Sir Goldfinger.. first, thank you for your insights and prudent investment advice throughout the years here on SI, and in particular your suggested reading, "Technical Analysis of Stock Trends" by Edwards and Magee a while back. My question pertains to BZH and others in same sector, looks like a little bubble forming here, granted housing market is strong, but with the continuing presssure on the consumer, how long can this continue?
