David; As I understand it the pressrelease was errored by Dow and the all information was not revealed. They settled some kind of one-time judicial payment which pulled the per share rate down (would of been 0,14$/share otherwise). Please do not take this as exact info but look out tomorrow when the exact info will be pressreleased again. I interpret however the pressrelease as very good news. Whats important is that the future looks very good. Cheers/Robert
