Dear Charles: I think we are presently suffering from a lack of confidence in Corporate America. The ENRON thing, followed by the Global Crossing thing is shacking up peoples confidence in the system and reporting. Not a lot of sellers mainly problem is not a lot of BUYERS. Everyone, including myself, is sitting back wondering which shoe will drop NEXT. I got hit today on TYC even though management buying a lot of stock, management saying rumors of funny accounting false and that 92% of their income is in CASH!!! I am afraid that until 1st qtr figures come out its gonna be more of the same. jdn
