Not to be cynical but 1388.

The market is trading on pure sentiment now, IMO. Liquidity isn't an issue. Inventories and the business cycle is hardly an issue.

Japan looks like a meltdown. They're talking about repealing deposit insurance over there for Christ's sakes! No wonder gold is up. It isn't inflation that's sending gold higher.

Biotechs are in a downleg below their 9/10 levels, so that's likely a continuing bear. Telecom equipment is washing out, and no one knows what that will look like. Finally there is this crisis of confidence due to accounting irregularities, and the witch hunt is on. This is a fear leg, IMO.
