So, although I cannot find the right data to fully substantiate,

Translation: As you can see, if I used the same method applied in the historical record, I'd have to compute the averages for 2000 and 2001 and the partial record for 2002. This in turn would clearly show that I was in error, since the 1998 average is on the order of 23% less than the most current price of $13.00. But there is no way I would do that. So I will claim that I cannot find the right data to fully substantiate and hope that you don't notice. Further I will blow smoke UYA by trying to distract you with the '95 dollars adjustment.
