If a so-called "expert" gave me that advice, I'd be ROTFLMAO! If dude want's a safe investment, then give him one: Bonds, GNMA's....or gold bullion. Advisor's are supposed to advise based on the risk-tolerance of their client's, this dude hasn't learned that lesson yet (may need a round or two in court, I guess...).
