Hi Tim! After over four years and no decent income numbers I dumped and put the cash in another investment. I probably would have stayed with it but I couldn't even get an decent quote on NXGIF. The MM who handles it is a rip off artist as far as I am concerned. Good luck to who ever is still with this though. It should make it some day. Frank
