Options Update:

Goldman Sachs, Smith Barney, National Financial, and Mesirow have all been buying calls since the stock has dropped below 75.

Namely, Smith Barney has loaded up on 1000 Aug 75 calls.

Childress has already addressed the Germans, and I expect that we will hear a decision in mid-July.

I believe we will see volatility until the decision is made public.
