Great post, Ex-INTCfan! It was like I was there watching that par 5 shot. You make an excellent point about making time for enjoyment. Sometimes it's good to pat yourself on the back and take a break, or go do something to reward yourself. You also make an important point about how you feel after running and then wanting to run some more. The analogy I see in that is that accomplishments set the stage for more accomplishments.
