Hi Frank,

teledesic.com still has the 288 satellite description.

My guess is an initial 12 satellites will be in elliptical orbits, deployed in four groups of three like the Satellite Data System that preceeded TDRSS, and latency will be in the order of 100 - 250 msec.

Anyone have pointers to real Teledesic discriptions?
