"Instead of the last hour of market trading (frequently co-hosted by Ron Insana), we suddenly had Street Signs WITH RON INSANA!!! They are all trying to cast their news readers as superstars. The news becomes entertainment, and this quickly leads down the slippery slope of sensationalism." WHAT???? This is new??? Were you even alive when we had "Walter Cronkite and the CBS News"? Don't you remember on NBC when it was "The Evening News with John Patrick Swayze"? What's different about "Street Signs with Ron Insana"? The more things change, the more they stay the same.
