Hey Ozzy. The response is "It's very strange." KT says sales are slow for the whole industry right now, and this is never a good time of year for tech stocks. She says Tom Mitchell will say that the stock price nad the condition of the company aren't related.

Re: the conversion price of the bonds. They can convert at any price at a discount (I think they said 15%?) from the stock.
