You didn't state any facts to respond to, "Sir," but I will raise one point as a courtesy: that Mr. Clinton even rebuffed every effort by CIA Director Woolsey for a face-to-face meeting. Woolsey's been on tv a lot since 9.11, and Clinton would have benefited from talking to him years ago.

What would you say about President Bush if he refused to meet with his CIA director? Is that good intelligence management? Is that making an effort to stop bin Laden and terrorism before 9.11? Don't give me any crap about submarines on station, etc.

Clinton was not a serious president about anything, any one, or any issue, other than satisfying his ego and libido -- much less terrorism. He happened to ride the wave of peace, prosperity, and technological development put in place by the end of the Cold War and its peace dividend, coupled with Microsoft and the personal computer. It was a free ride, and he blew it.
