Hi David,

yup - I agree.

That 5th wave down is going to be scary and I think related to the Enron /banking ramifications.Lets face it we've got a which hunt going on and that is not conducive to investors jumping in.

We need a purge and then reaffirmance. That's going to take time.It looks to me like your wave 4 will be a mini and wave 5 could be ugly at worst or at least a long expanded flat.I'm thinking this Enron stuff has to shake out and that has a time requirement - if other/more corporate deception surfaces - we've got much more than a wave 5 comin.

I'm not expecting that, but the news won't let go of Enron. The public needs a lynching before they sleep well at night!

Perhaps my living in Houston over emphasizes things.BWDIK

Long term very bullish - question is how long.

The failed rally of 98 set up the buying opportunity of a life time on Oct 8 1998.It only took a quarter to occur,by then earnings were set up for good fundamentals and technicals to align for real upward progress.

There is very little leadership making new highs - might be rounded top or rounded bottom.I'm open for all possibilities.
