Or does the "new" apply for only "customers" but specifically not the "mobile phones", in that case they might point to new customers buying old mobile phones?? Ilmarinen Luckily these guys write articles and not code, and especially not standards. Why are they so interested in new subscribers?? They are kind of hard to find around 75-80% penetration, especially as some famous operators are busy cleaning up their bloated share holder value subscriber databases.
