Second hand stuff whose value is most SOFTWARE, John. It is important to note that. The gear in question is not like a full of moving parts machine subject to wearing. If any firmware has to be burn out into components or SW patch to be put in on the gear, it is widely available for everyone who operates that gear in its network.
