No, but it was something like that. I remember now what the difficulty is. The historic lows were in '98. After the spike a year ago, things have eased off, but are still higher than they were in '98. The mistake I made was one of overstatement. It is not that we are at historic lows, but that there has been a downward trend with occasional spikes, and that the price of gasoline at the pump is still lower than it was 50 years ago, even with increased taxes and imposed environmental costs, in constant dollars.......
