Rat....take a look at ACTI for me....dumping on low volume after earnings come in line, along with a reduction in their workforce. Near and below 7, it is trading for its cash value (270m +/-).... A competitor with your buddy DKEY in the security space. EDIT: scooped up all that I could below 7....holding short-term for now.
