Your target of 1650 is pretty reasonable, IMHO.

It may take several months to reach that level but I believe we will get there eventually. I would not enter a committed long position in the Nasdaq until it fills that gap at the 1620-1640 area near mid-October.

Any bounces in the Nasdaq right now should be shorted or played with a tight stop if its a long position.
