I watched that Kramer Kudlow show on CNBS first term Senator Peter Fitzgerald from IL seems to understand some of the shenanigans going on. I think they mentioned he was a bank examiner. He mentioned the significant impact of employee stock options accounting on earnings ( esp high tech) and the fact that Congress bullied FASB into backing off a move to address this issue. I wish he would meet with David Tice. Mike
