So vote your proxy that way? Take your money from the mutual fund mismanagers that blindly vote with management? Send a letter to your pension fund and suggest they vote against these compensation packages?

Its all there in the annual report every year. You have the opportunity to vote on the incentive packages. Its all been shown in detail for years on years. And its just now insulting to the investors?
