Yes they are - one of the Enron like features is the fact that senior management are involved as franchisees with loans from the company... Been trading KKD today. Covered my short at $33.49 and went long. Then sold at $35.42 and bought March 35 puts at $2.50... KKD seems to have completed the upward correction and moving down again. PS - cna you guess which Yahoo character is me? :)
