Agreed, WUWT. Even though they supposedly have 1.80 in cash and no debt, who knows what nasties will lurk in the liq plan (i.e. detrimental options compensation). On another note, it seems so many corporate "events" are being given the enron treatment. For example, LNTY, which I mentioned a while back at around 1.20, popped to 2.05 on buyout news only to yesterday disclose an SEC investigation of the company. Luckily for me, I sold most of my position before yesterday. I guess dishonest, greedy execs are just as common as dishonest, greedy I-bankers.
