Wend, nice pick-up on ACTI, downside looks to be 6.38, so you are in the bonus.. Chart is nasty, they do have a cash cushion, I guess the cash is dependent on the burn rate.
If I was just trading it, I would look to get out in the 7.50 area, just because of these funky market conditions.

(as Lady Luck is shining on me lately, those NXTL calls from my last post are up 30% since then)
