Guess you missed my post, it isn't conjecture on my part or anyone elses for that matter.
Insider trading reports(unless you don't believe them) list Becky as having sold 1.15 million shares privately (Nov 17th) two days before she issued the Presidents message (Nov 19th) boosting the stock price by 51%. Obviously you choose to sell at the low ($3.35) to minimize capital gains, why you choose to sell at this point in time is another question. It raises ethical concerns to me when a CEO sells privately on Saturday then issues a new website message (not a NR) regarding FDA the following Monday which moves the stock from the low ($3.35) to over $5 in a two hour period. I thought it strange a NR was not used to inform shareholders of the FDA information , seems even stranger given the context of this 'private' share sale just two days earlier. Who knows who profited from this, given what we do know.

If it quacks , waddles when it walks and swims in water I would call it a duck, same goes for circumstances such as this until someone gives me a logical answer.
